Hello, my name is Mary Ann Davis, and I am your Human Resources Director.

I have over 16 years of experience in the Human Resource field. In 2003, I started out as an insurance sales representative for home and auto insurance at Answer Financial, but soon learned that my true
passion was in the Human Resource field. I advanced from Human Resource Assistant to Human Resources Coordinator.

In 2015, I joined Pennant Foods, a franchise owner of Wendy’s in the Knoxville market as Senior Human Resources Generalist.

In 2020, I joined JAE Restaurant Group as Human Resources Manager.
Human Resources gives you the chance to make a true change within an organization. Not just enforcing policies but developing policies that brings together the needs of both the company and the employee.

My main goal is making WenJAI one of the best places to work and to be the “Employer of Choice.”

My favorite hobby is sleeping and spending time with my family including my husband Brian of 20 years,
our precious son Lukas and two fur babies Anakin and Luna.
