
Ben Mansoor is a highly accomplished global restaurant executive with more than
35 years of leadership experience driving growth, operational excellence, and
brand expansion across both the United States and International markets.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ben has successfully built and scaled world-
class restaurant brands in highly competitive, fast-paced consumer environments,
consistently delivering outstanding financial and operational results.
Widely recognized as a hands-on operator, strategic leader, and talent
developer, Ben combines deep operational expertise with executive vision, strong
team-building capabilities, and a proven ability to improve profitability, accelerate
growth, and create high-performing organizations.
Ben currently serves as Franchisee, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member
of JAI Restaurant Holdings LLC, one of the leading multi-brand restaurant
franchise organizations in the United States. Under his leadership, JAI operates 85
Wendy’s restaurants across Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, and New Mexico,
along with 20 Taco Bell restaurants in Georgia. Most recently, Ben and his
partners signed a major development agreement with 7 Brew Coffee to develop
more than 100 locations throughout Florida and Puerto Rico, further expanding
JAI’s diversified restaurant portfolio and growth platform.
Prior to JAI, Ben served as Regional Vice President – Latin America and Caribbean
for Wendy’s International, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and
executing the company’s international growth strategy. During his tenure, Ben led
significant business expansion efforts, opening Wendy’s in nine new countries
and building sustainable operating systems that strengthened brand positioning
and improved franchise performance across the region. His leadership helped
establish Wendy’s as a respected and growing international brand while
developing strong partnerships with franchisees and local operators.
Ben’s executive career began with Pizza Hut/YUM! Brands, where he quickly
established himself as a high-impact leader with exceptional operational and
development skills.
One of Ben’s most notable accomplishments occurred in 1985, when he helped
pioneer and develop Pizza Hut’s Delivery platform, a transformational business
model at the time. In just five years, this platform generated more than $100
million in sales and fundamentally changed the way Pizza Hut served consumers.
Ben was instrumental in:
• Site selection and market development
• Restaurant layout and prototype design
• Management team recruitment and development
• Operational systems implementation
• Growth and market expansion strategy
His success led to his promotion in 1989 to Divisional Vice President, relocating
to San Juan, Puerto Rico. There, Ben doubled sales within four years and earned
recognition for developing some of the most profitable Pizza Hut operations in
the system. He became known for building strong cultures, developing talent, and
sharing operational best practices that elevated performance across the market.
Following Puerto Rico, Ben was selected to lead Pizza Hut’s expansion into
Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he successfully opened and established the
brand in a new international market. His work in Argentina helped lay the
foundation for Pizza Hut’s early success in the region and reinforced his
reputation as an executive capable of launching and scaling businesses in complex
international environments.
In 1996, Ben was recruited by Wendy’s International to spearhead the brand’s
development in Argentina. Following the successful launch and operational
establishment of Wendy’s in the market, he was promoted to Regional Vice
President for Latin America and the Caribbean.
In this executive role, Ben was responsible for:

• Franchise partner recruitment and relationship management
• Strategic growth planning
• Operations and profitability improvement
• Brand standards and execution
• Leadership development and organizational capability building
His leadership contributed significantly to Wendy’s international expansion
strategy and strengthened franchise operating performance throughout the
region.
In 2014, Ben partnered with Jhonny and acquired 22 Wendy’s restaurants in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. Serving as the Operating Partner and later Chief
Operating Officer, Ben helped transform the organization into a major restaurant
operating company. Over approximately five years, the group acquired,
developed, and operated more than 200 restaurants, demonstrating Ben’s ability
to scale businesses, integrate acquisitions, and build strong operating
infrastructures.
Beyond restaurant development and operations, Ben is known as a people-first
executive with a passion for leadership development, coaching, and building
high-performance teams. His leadership philosophy centers on operational
discipline, accountability, guest experience, and developing talent at every level
of the organization.
Ben’s international career includes expatriate assignments in Argentina, England,
and Puerto Rico, along with extensive business travel throughout Latin America,
South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. These experiences
have provided him with a unique global perspective and strong cultural agility,
enabling him to lead effectively across diverse markets and organizations.
Fluent in four languages, Ben possesses exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills and has built a reputation for forming strong relationships
with employees, franchise partners, investors, and senior executives alike.
