Rob Pham is highly motivated, distinguished and proven leader, with expertise in diverse range of technologies within multiple industry settings. Currently, Mr. Pham is the Vice President of Information Technology of Wen JAI Restaurant Group. The company owns and operates 73 Wendy's restaurants in Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee. Mr. Pham continues to improve infrastructure and processes, and responsible for designing, provisioning, and implementing new technology architectures to provide the company with competitive advantages.
While attending college, he began his career as an IT Technician for Chase Manhattan Bank. At Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Pham’s passion for technology provided him with opportunities to master and excel through various positions, as AS/400 Operator, IT Technician, Telephony and VRU/IVR Engineer, and Infrastructure Professional, while going to school and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
In his fifteen (15) years working at Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), Mr. Pham obtained many technology certifications, such as Cisco CCIE, CCDP, CCNP, CCDA, CCNA, Microsoft MCT, MCSE+I, MCSA, MCP, as well as certifications from CompTIA (A+, Network+), Novell (CNA), and Oracle (OCP).
In 2003, while still working at JP Morgan Chase (transitioned to IBM Global Services), Mr. Pham also taught CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Cisco (CCNA, CCDA), and Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) courses at PC Professor in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
In 2004, Mr. Pham joined General Medical, Inc., a private medical software company in Weston, Florida, and a leader in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System for selected medical specialties including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, and Urology, with responsibility for the company’s Voice, Data, and Cloud infrastructure, as well as the clients’ SQL database environment.
In 2010, Mr. Pham joined the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) field as the IT Director for Starboard Group, which owned and operated 56 Wendy’s restaurants. During his tenure, the company expanded to 184 restaurants, covering the Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin markets.
In 2015, Mr. Pham joined JAE Restaurant Group. The company grew from 75 to 225 Wendy’s restaurants, in Florida, New Mexico, Texas, and Tennessee, with over $420 million in annual sales.
